She has extensive experience handling mistreatment and abuse cases in court and has volunteered with animal welfare associations in both France and Africa. Currently pursuing a PhD in Animal and International Law, Vanessa is deeply committed to the cause, fighting for animals is not just her passion, it’s everything.

Sonia, our Vice President, brings a unique blend of passion and expertise to our team. A lover of animals and a graduate in art history, Sonia specializes in tourism and conference management. Her creativity and organizational talents make her the ideal leader to oversee and coordinate the NGO's events. With her guidance, each event will not only align seamlessly with our mission but also inspire impactful and meaningful engagement.

Virginia, our Treasurer, is an experienced accountant with a strong background in financial management and administration. With a diploma in Commercial Services and proficiency in accounting tools, Virginia ensures meticulous financial oversight and transparency for our organization. Her deep love for animals drives her commitment to our mission, play a crucial role in managing resources to protect and support animal welfare.

Lukas, our Scientific Animal Welfare Coordinator, brings a multidisciplinary background in geology, biology, and molecular sciences, along with valuable research and organizational experience. With a strong foundation in both academic and volunteer roles, Lukas supports our leadership team with precision, dedication, and a deep commitment to advancing animal welfare through science.

Festas, our Communication and Programs Manager, is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in program and communication management. As the founder of the Kuumba Rodney Foundation and with roles at FC Barcelona East Africa and RC Celta de Vigo Academy in Spain, he has honed his expertise in managing programs and fostering community engagement. At Voices for Animal Welfare, Festas drives impactful programs and inspiring communications.

Ken, our Fundraising Manager, is a Software Quality Assurance Engineer by profession. His strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process-driven approach enable him to design innovative strategies, optimize donor engagement, and ensure the effectiveness of campaigns, all while driving our mission for animal welfare forward.

Lorenzo, our Graphic Designer, is a skilled UX/UI designer with over four years of experience in the design industry. Mark, our Web Manager, is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and has contributed to innovative projects in startups and corporate environments.
